Important Scheduling Documents

Students are encouraged to use the 4-Year Academic Plan Document to develop their long-term academic goals and pathway 

Prior to scheduling for the 26-27 school year, please review these Important Scheduling Guidelines

Below are the 26-27 Schedule Request Forms by grade level:

 

Important Scheduling Dates

  • Scheduling Information Presentations (by grade level):
    • Rising 10th-grade (current 9th-grade) presentations in the PAC on January 13th 
    • Rising 11th-grade (current 10th-grade) presentations in the PAC on January 13th 
    • Rising 12th-grade (current 11th-grade) presentations in the PAC on January 14th 
 
  • Schedule Request Form COLLECTION Dates (by grade level):
    • Rising 10th-grade (current 9th-grade) schedule forms collected on January 22nd
    • Rising 11th-grade (current 10th-grade) schedule forms collected on January 26th
    • Rising 12th-grade (current 11th-grade) schedule forms collected on January 28th
 
  • Emerald Campus Open House on January 15th from 4-6PM (learn more info here)
  • Emerald Campus and Elective Courses Fair (takes place during all three Scioto lunches) on January 22nd
  • Curriculum Night for Rising 9th-Graders (Current 8th-Graders): January 22nd at 7PM in Scioto PAC
  • LAST DAY for students to access the Academic Planning feature in Schoology (and make changes to their course requests on their own): January 30th

School Counselor Confidentiality Statement

School counselors respect the right to confidentiality of students, teachers, parents and staff. Disclosures of abuse and/or imminent danger to self or others are reported to the appropriate agency in accordance with the law. Situations jeopardizing student safety, including incidents of abuse, imminent danger to self or others, bullying and sexual harassment are reported to the building administration in accordance with school policy.
